Bare is one of Morecambe’s suburbs, situated at the east end of Morecambe Promenade. Bare Village is a small area that has its own high street on Princes Crescent featuring boutique shops, butchers, green grocers, a post office and more. There is also wonderful street events regularly put on by the residence, one being ‘Barefest‘, a festival celebrating the village, its heritage within Morecambe, as well as giving the community an opportunity to all come together and raise money for charity each year. The village is well linked with a train station linking Morecambe to Lancaster and beyond, as well as bus routes that travel from central Morecambe through to Lancaster. Whether you are visiting for one of the many events, are shopping or just seeing the sights, Bare has got something for everyone to enjoy.
